Ⅰ.Project description:
Baosheng Group has developed new elastomer fireproof cable, and has produced Grade F and Grade H electrical machinery wire and the cable for elevators, ships and the metallurgy high-temperature area. Now the Group is looking for cooperation to make a production base for the rubber-sheathed cable in the new industry park.
It’s planned to introduce the production and test equipment to produce the rubber-sheathed cables such as silica rubber cable and the cable for surveying oil well. After its establishment,20,000km rubber-sheathed cables can be manufactured and the turnover of RMB 250 million yuan can be added every year.
Ⅱ.Brief introduction of the undertaking:
Baosheng Group is a large-scale state-owned enterprise which manufactures wire cable, transformer, switch cabinet, box-substation and cable tray, etc.
Baosheng Group, one of Top 520 national key Enterprises in China, National Key Hi-tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Key Enterprise Group, one of 100 Giant Enterprise in Mechanical Industry and one of Top 30 Enterprises in Core Competition, has advanced technology center and post-doctoral research workstation and owns the power to import and export commodities and to start foreign economic cooperation. “Baosheng Brand” wires and cables win the title of the “National Inspection-free product” Baosheng Group occupies an area of 1100,000 square maters and has the total capital amounting to RMB 1,600 million. The advanced production and checking equipment is mainly imported from Finlan, Switzerland, the USA, Japan and Italy. Baosheng Group professionally makes and markets over 150 types of wires and cables, and electrical apparatus and has cooperated with Italian Pirelli Company who is the world-class industry to produce medium-,high- and ultrahigh-voltage cross-linked polyethylene insulating cable. Baosheng’s stock A (code:600973)has gone on the market. Baosheng has built a complex marketing network nationwide and the products are used in many national key projects, e.g. maintenance project of tian’anmen square, the “three Gorges” Hydroelectric Station, Jiangyin Changjiang, Bridge, Lukou Airport, Beijing metro, Jingjiu Railway, Lingao Nuclear Power plant, Baoshan Iron and Steel Corporation, etc. and also used in foreign projects in middle East, South America, Africa and Southeast Asia.
